PURCHASE
We ship to virtually anywhere in the world. Normally we ship in 1 to 2 days product which are under 5000/- product above 5000/- we ship in 7 to 10 days . However, there can be deviations depending upon practical situations and availability of the product. Time taken by the shipping company for transit shall be additional. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, your location and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Heavy products are shipped by ground couriers however the light products are shipped by air. We have tied up with reliable courier partners to ensure the product reaches you in time and in pristine condition. Before you proceed to the payment gateway, your phone number, email and shipping address, and pin code will be verified by the Website database. In case the order placed by you is not serviceable by our merchant partners or is outside the area covered by our delivery partners, you would be requested to provide an alternate shipping address that is within the delivery area. In the event of any non-delivery of products and services due to the areas not being covered by the vendor/delivery partners, company may opt for full refund of the money paid by you.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once a product is ordered by a customer, the company shall send order confirmation only after duly verifying the availability of the product at company facilities or at the makers’ facility normally within 2 working days. Company shall also intimate to the customer, the estimated time to be taken by the company in shipping of the product. For customers within India, the company shall endeavour to provide Cash on Delivery facility. For International customers, all orders shall be prepaid.
MULTIPLE ORDERS
In case multiple orders of goods and services are placed in one single transaction, company will make all possible attempts to deliver them all in a single package, although this may not be always possible due to some particular characteristics or issues of a product. For getting the goods delivered to separate shipping addresses, you will be required to place different and separate orders with specific delivery addresses.

FRAMING CHARGES Picture framing charges would be an additional charge if the customer opts for framing of paintings. This may also enhance the shipping costs for
delivery of the product.
DELIVERY TIME
The duration of delivering the order shall depend on the shipping address and the product type. Maisson Hone And Décor stipulates a window of 3 to 7 Days for delivering a product within India and 3 to 6 weeks for delivering a product out of india. We are committed to dispatch and deliver your orders as early as possible.
